Thank you for shopping with Lux Interiors. Due to the nature of our curated and made-to-order products, all sales are final. Please read the policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction. Please ensure all product details, measurements, and descriptions are reviewed carefully prior to purchase.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items Only

In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will happily send a replacement. To qualify:

  • 48 hours of delivery
  • order number, a clear description, and photos of the issue

📦 Return Shipping (If Approved)

If your replacement is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

🔄 Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If your item has not yet shipped, we may attempt to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
